Among other things, the Firm carries out consultancy and assistance activities for some of the main Italian and foreign companies operating in the sector, for which it takes care of both legal advice and the management of litigation and credit recovery.

The Law Firm Project

For the Bergamasco & Associates Law Firm, we have created a customized management application based on the Hyperspace Application Platform. The primary goal was to make the customer independent in the personalization of the data structure and the models, an objective achieved easily thanks to the basic functions of the Hyperspace platform: the perfect match between the customer's desire and the proposed solutions

The requests that Studio Bergamasco made us at the beginning of the work were complicated:

Maintenance of the operating procedures of the old management system
Import of Fox Pro archives and Word documents
Data merge functionality between data and Word documents
Autonomy in customizing the data structure
Autonomy in customizing document and email templates
Functional scalability

The project proved to be a complex challenge right from the start, fortunately, the Hyperspace Application Platform was able to support all the required functionalities and add added value appreciated by the customer.

Taking advantage of the advanced features of the Hyperspace Application Platform, we have implemented a customized management software for the management of practices, the creation and saving of documents that guarantee the privacy and security required, and also providing users with a completely customizable interface.

« A very old ERP was crumbling under age consumption: old '90 data set, old structures, zero management and zero flexibility.
The porting has been successfully done and now everithing runs under Hyperspace, gaining in efficiency, performance, flexibility and security.
All the documents are now well organized and we feel more safe.
